Our Story

Tracy Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing was founded in 2016 by a Tracy-based contractor who spent years watching flooring jobs fail - not because of bad materials, but because of skipped prep work. Surface was ground too fast, moisture was never tested, cracks were painted over instead of filled. He started this company to do it differently.

Tracy has grown fast. Neighborhoods like Tracy Hills and the subdivisions near Cordes Road are filled with homes built in the 1990s and 2000s whose garage slabs and concrete surfaces are now hitting the age where they need real attention. The clay soil under San Joaquin County shifts with the seasons, summer temperatures regularly push past 95 degrees, and those two conditions together are hard on any concrete floor that was not properly protected. We have been here through all of it.

We are a small, local company.
